If you do not have any of the above details, then you can call our 24x7 helpline number.

For a newly applied credit card application, you will receive the card within 15 working days if your application is approved.

It looks like our delivery partner (courier company executive) visited your location to deliver your checkbook but due to some reason (door locked, incomplete address, etc.), it's not delivered.

 

Following are the products for which you can track your application status:

1.       Credit Card.

2.       Current Account.

3.       Saving Account.

4.       TD.

5.       Overdraft.

6.       Home Loan.

7.       Business Loan.

8.       Loan Against Property.

9.       Salaried Loan.

Net-banking 

1) Login to Net-Banking

2) You click on the Keya icon -> click on track card/checkbook/pin and more

3) If applicable, you will see a button called "request for redelivery" against the credit card displayed on your screen and you can click on it.

4) When you click on that icon, you will be redirected to a new Kotak Bank page on a browser.

5) You'll see the option to reschedule delivery or add landmarks with tracking details

6) Once changes are done by you, the same will be passed to the respective courier company


Mobile Banking

1) Login to Mobile Banking

2) You click on the Keya icon -> click on Track Card/Checkbook/pin & more

3)  If applicable, you will see a button called "request for redelivery" against the credit card displayed on your screen and you can click on it.

4) When you click on that icon, you will be redirected to a new Kotak Bank page on a browser.

5) You'll see the option to reschedule delivery or add landmarks with tracking details

6) Once changes are done by you, the same will be passed to the respective courier company


Please Note:: You will able to update landmark only in case of the failed attempt of the deliverable.

This functionality is not applicable, in the case of RTO (Return To Origin) which happens after 3 attempts to deliver

If the deliverable status is RTO, Please call our customer care no 1860 266 2666 available between 10 am to 6 pm for redelivery of your Credit Card it to the nearest branch or registered address.
